Pepper – Carolina Reaper

Sow from February in a seed tray at a minimum temperature of 20°C. After prickling out, plant out in pots, in a greenhouse or directly in the ground in a sunny spot. The Carolina Reaper is the hottest pepper in the world, with a Scoville value of up to 2.2 million. This pepper adds an intense hot and fruity flavour to dishes and is ideal for hot sauces, chilli oil, powder or flakes.
